I. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  1. Regular Orders: For beauty orders paid before 3:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday, same-day shipping applies; orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Pre-order/Limited-Edition Items: The estimated shipping time is indicated on the product detail page. If shipping is delayed, a $5 beauty coupon (valid for 30 days) will be automatically issued.
  3. Special Notes: Liquid and spray beauty products must comply with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) packaging standards. Processing time may be extended by 1 business day without affecting the total delivery duration.
