退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Returns must meet the following conditions: the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without prior return request.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable/Exceptional Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas products. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us.

We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns for promotional products or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure receiving the desired item is to return the one you have and purchase a new one when the return is accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without reason. As mentioned above, the goods must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
